When you browse our site or place an order, we collect: contact and delivery details (name, address, email, phone) to fulfil orders; order and payment details, processed by Shopify Payments and/or Coinbase — we do not store full card details ourselves; browsing and device data (via cookies and similar technologies) to operate the site and understand how it's used; marketing preferences, if you opt in to hear from us.
Who we share it with
We use the following processors to run this store: Shopify (our e-commerce platform, hosting, and email/SMS marketing); Shopify Payments and Coinbase (to take payment); Royal Mail, ParcelForce, DPD, Evri and UPS (to deliver orders, as applicable per order); Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (site usage analytics); Meta/Facebook Pixel (advertising measurement). Each processes data under its own terms, as our data processor or, where relevant, an independent controller.
International transfers
Some of these processors (including Shopify, Google and Meta) may process data outside the UK/EEA, under that provider's own standard safeguards (such as the UK/EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
How long we keep it
We keep order and account records for as long as needed to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations, and marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
