3. Orders & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. SuperWrappz is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original condition. Custom or cut-to-order products are non-returnable unless faulty. To initiate a return, contact us via our Contact page. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

6. Product Use & Liability

SuperWrappz products are designed for automotive application. Installation is at the customer's own risk. We recommend professional installation for best results. SuperWrappz accepts no liability for damage arising from incorrect installation or use on surfaces not specified in the product description.
