SuperWrappz is a trading name operated in the United Kingdom by SuperWrappz Limited. We specialise in premium automotive badge wrap films and key wrap films for BMW vehicles. Our registered trademarks are UK® UK00918199073 and EU® EUTM 018199073.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to product images, photography, copy, logo designs, and the SuperWrappz® brand — is protected by copyright under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and applicable EU copyright law.

The SuperWrappz® trademark is registered in the United Kingdom (UK00918199073) and the European Union (EUTM 018199073) in Classes 16, 20, 35 and 40. Unauthorised use of our trademark, including reproduction or imitation of our product designs, is a criminal and civil offence. We actively monitor and enforce our intellectual property rights. 3. Orders & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is processed securely at checkout via Shopify Payments.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are made and dispatched within 1–3 working days, from the United Kingdom, worldwide. Depending on destination and service selected, orders are sent via Royal Mail, ParcelForce, DPD, Evri, or UPS. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. 5. Returns, Cancellation & Custom Orders

Standard products carry the standard UK 14-day right to cancel from delivery (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013); items must be returned unused and in original condition; return postage is paid by the customer. Custom or cut-to-order products are made to your specification: request by email with full detail, a deposit is taken to begin design (one free redesign included, further redesigns chargeable), and full payment is due before production begins. Custom orders over £20 require a special/premium delivery service, paid separately. Custom items are non-returnable once production has started, unless faulty or not as described. 6. Product Use & Liability

SuperWrappz products are designed for automotive application. Installation is at the customer's own risk. We recommend professional installation for best results. SuperWrappz accepts no liability for damage arising from incorrect installation or use on surfaces not specified in the product description.

7. Privacy & Data

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
