What we collect and why — When you browse our site or place an order, we collect: contact and delivery details (name, address, email, phone) to fulfil orders; order and payment details, processed by Shopify Payments — we do not store full card details ourselves; browsing and device data (via cookies and similar technologies) to operate the site and understand how it's used; marketing preferences, if you opt in to hear from us.

Who we share it with — We use the following processors to run this store: Shopify, Royal Mail, ParcelForce, DPD, Evri and UPS, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, Meta/Facebook Pixel plus others. Each processes data under its own terms, as our data processor or, where relevant, an independent controller.

International transfers — Some of these processors (including Shopify, Google and Meta) may process data outside the UK/EEA, under that provider's own standard safeguards (such as the UK/EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

How long we keep it — We keep order and account records for as long as needed to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations, and marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
