UK delivery is free
Royal Mail 1st Class costs you nothing, on every order, with no minimum spend. It is the option most people take and it is already the default at checkout. Everything below is an upgrade you choose, not a charge you have to pay.

The Signed For services add a signature on delivery. The Next Day services are Royal Mail's own timed products — the timing is theirs, not a promise we can make on their behalf.

International shipping is tracked, and it is genuinely what it costs us to send a small parcel abroad — it is not a margin. The exact figure for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.
We ship worldwide. Customs charges, import duties and local taxes are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility — we have no way to calculate or collect them at checkout.
Dispatch
Orders are made and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Kits are cut to order, which is why it is days rather than hours — nothing sits pre-cut in a warehouse waiting for a label.
Tracking is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves us. Depending on destination and service, orders go out via Royal Mail, ParcelForce, DPD, Evri or UPS.
Custom and made-to-order items
Custom orders over £20 require a special or premium delivery service, paid separately by the customer. The full custom-order process is on our Returns page.
Delayed or lost parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected window, email support@superwrappz.co.uk with your order number and we will chase it with the courier. If it is genuinely lost in transit we sort it out — you are not left arguing with a courier on your own.
