- Fitting query — start with the Fitting Guide; if you're still stuck, email a photo of the badge and your chassis code.
- Wrong item or wrong chassis — don't fit it. Unused and unapplied kits can come back: see Returns & Cancellations.
- Damaged in transit — email photos and your order number and we'll put it right.

Fitment
Which line fits my BMW — PATINA, YOUNGTIMER, FORGE or G-SPEC?
Pre-2017 E/F-series chassis run the V1 kit — the PATINA & YOUNGTIMER lines. 2017-on G/U-series run the V2 kit — FORGE, with the newest generation per line badged G-SPEC. Use Find Your Fit or your chassis code, not just the series name — BMW's reused series names across badge-mount generations.

What does the install involve?
Everything needed ships in the box for the standard install, and no heat gun is required for badge overlays — V-Brace kits vary by grille generation. The full walkthrough is in the Fitting Guide.

Can I return it if I ordered the wrong chassis?
Yes, unused and unapplied — contact support before install, not after. Full detail on our Returns & Cancellations page.
Something wrong with your kit?
Contact the garage that cut it — we fix problems, not tickets. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
